I graduated from the WCCMT in 2006 and have been working as a full time RMT since March 2007.

I am a Certified Infant Massage Teacher and have additional training for children who have severe medical issues and/or disabilities as a Certified Pediatric Massage Therapist

I love working out, studying personal development, nutrition and behaviour. In my spare time I paint, make cards and keep my child entertained with funny voices and educational adventures.

Ishana graduated from SFU in 2016 with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with certificates in Health and Fitness Studies as well as certificate in Liberal Arts. She has since taken courses in FMS (Functional Movement Screen), NKT (Neurokinetic Therapy), Manual Assessment and Correction of Tissue Pressure Gradients, Osteopathic Support for people suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder, and has obtained her CSCS (Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist). Ishana is nearing completion of her studies in Osteopathic Manual Therapy.

Outside of studying and working, Ishana enjoys educating her clients and encouraging them to incorporate a holistic approach to wellness. Ishana’s experiences in strength and conditioning gyms and multidisciplinary clinic settings has led her to work with a wide array of clients teaching her that everyone is unique and requires individualized approaches to their journey. In her spare time, she enjoys painting, dancing, and weight lifting.
