As of April 1, 2026, the Jane system will be using a new payment system. For patients, that means you need to bring your preferred credit card to 1st appointment on or after April 1st, or update the credit card in your profile. All current payment info will be destroyed and unable to be applied to your appointment. This doesn’t affect the Direct billing information that we have on file.
Booking Information: To avoid late cancellation or missed appointment fees, please provide 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
